Property Location  – Allocating crews that are close to your property allows for a quick response time.

Business Hours – The size of the crew needed will vary depending upon early opening hours or late closing hours. We accommodate some facilities that run 24 hours per day.

Fire Safety – Areas needed to be cleared for fire safety will be maintained at all times.

Storm Water Management – This determines how much refreeze we can expect when dealing with below freezing temperatures.

Equipment Allocation – All properties are allocated equipment that includes front end loaders outfitted with Protech SnoPusher containment plows.

Anticipated Traffic under Poor Weather Conditions – Having a plan to deal with traffic allows us to perform in a timely fashion no matter the circumstances.

All Property Surfaces (concrete, asphalt, stone, etc.) – We inventory a variety of deicing agents to provide customers with the best material for each surface on their property.
